I wonder if anyone would dare to sue Obama?

What an idiot. Glad the suit was tossed.

Perky Freddy has sued Delta for missing a cruise when his flight was delayed.

It seems that he should have been a lawyer rather than a computer programmer.

According to the Supreme Court decision that comes closest to addressing this question there is no doubt that McCain is qualified.
U.S. Supreme Court
U.S. v. WONG KIM ARK, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)

169 U.S. 649

UNITED STATES
v.
WONG KIM ARK.
No. 132.

March 28, 1898

The article begs the question that I have been asking on some of the Obama birth certificate threads. Which branch of gov’t. (and who) has the jurisdiction to ensure that the Constitutional requirements for qualification as POTUS are met?

“Hollander had maintained that as a Republican supporting another unidentified candidate...”

Anyone want to take a stab at what candidate this stupid asswipe was supporting?

Believe me! I don't like John McCain a whole lot more than I don't like anybody else on either side in this election!

But this suit is just plain frivolous. And the Judge shouldn't have been praising this basket case, he should have been penalizing him for wasting taxpayer dollars.

Born on a US military base, to American parents, one of which was military personnel stationed on the base certainly qualifies as an American citizen in my book.

Glad it got pitched.

Hollander can’t read; and therefore, presented his case wrong. The judge doesn’t sound any too bright either.

McCain’s Certification of Live Birth states he was born in Colón, Republic of Panama, and not the Canal Zone.

But then, Hollander can’t read.
