BACKUP: Superior Ct Judge Vena lowered child rapist Carranza's bail to $150,000----with the consent of Margarita Rivera, the "assistant prosecutor" handling Carranza's rape case. After the killings, CYA Rivera lied---said she never gave such consent.
MSNBC-TV aired video showing Vena asking Carranza for his SS #; Carranza responds, "I don't have it." On-camera, Rivera clearly aided and abetted Carranza's gaming the system-----affirming he didn't have a SS #.
Any dummy knows Killer Carranza probably has several SS #'s and collects US govt benefits under multiple identities. What did Rivera know? And when did she know it? Why didn't Booker kick her out of the justice system? Dolts with law degrees. The rancid odor of affirmative action fouls the air.

The six thugs who shot four students preceded their sick attack by a sexual assault then decided to kill the victims execution-style. A family member of one of the slain victims described the level of savagery of the attack. He said the thugs used a machete to hack the victims. "They cut my niece's face off," said John McClain, who is Iofemi Hightower's great-uncle, and the chaplain of the Newark Police Department. "They cut her from cheek to cheek. They left her head hanging." McClain said the mortician had to work for three days to put his grand-niece's face back together.
