~snip~
Logan: Isnt that the case now? I mean, do you really think that if the U.S. forces had Osama bin Laden in their sights and the Pakistanis said no, that they wouldnt fire or wouldnt go after him?
Obama: I think actually this is current doctrine. There was some dispute when I said this last August. Both the administration and some of my opponents suggested, well, you know, you shouldnt go around saying that. But I dont think theres any doubt that that should be our policy, and will continue to be our policy.
Logan: But it is the current policy.
Obama: I believe it is the current policy.
Logan: So theres no change then.
Obama: I dont think there is going to be a change there.
And that Obama and Logan get stuck in a merry-go-round of "I'll get the Pakistanis to destroy the training camps"/"What if they won't?"
Obama: I think that in order for us to be successful, its not going to be enough just to engage in the occasional shot fired. Weve got training camps that are growing and multiplying
Logan: Would you take out all those training camps?
Obama: Well, I think that what wed like to see is the Pakistani government take out those training camps.
Logan: And if they wont?
Obama: Well, I think that weve got to work with them so they will.
Logan: But would you consider unilateral U.S. action?
Obama: You know, I will push Pakistan very hard to make sure that we go after those training camps. I think its absolutely vital to the security interests of both the United States and Pakistan." ---
Again, it's not that it's never dawned on Musharraff or the Pakistani government that cracking down on al-Qaeda and Taliban training camps is a good idea. It's that they fear the entire region would turn against the Pakistani government, with additional questions of loyalty of the ISI.
Fool.
B. Hussein Obama is a buffoon.
The media can pretend that this is ‘new and interesting’ while it is just diplo-babble from a guy who never had to make a life-or-death decision in his life. And has cavalierly thrown about these options as though he lives in a universe without consequences (well, at least when it comes to the media, he does....).
Obama is right. The real invasion in Iraq occurred in August 2001 prior to Bush flying planes into the world trade center. The vote in 2002 and the subsequent ‘invasion’ was really just a coverup for the illegal war that was already going on.
Note: I had my moonbat hat on.
I absolutely DETEST Lord Obama.
It can't go on like this forever. I have to think there will be a backlash at some point from regular decent Americans...?? There has to be a breaking point.
This guy, Obama, is a buffoon. And this would be funny if he wasn’t running for President.
Lindsey Lohan could have grilled Obama better than Laura Logan.
Keep that sh-t up Maestro and Lord Obamination will turn you into A PILLAR OF SALT
“I absolutely DETEST Lord Obama.”
You’re preaching to the choir.
:-)
“taken our eye off the ball”
...how about a fist in your eye Obambi?!
Give him an open microphone and no script... watch the fun!

Hillary is providing all the rope necessary for BHO to kill his chances. She will yank the rope tight just before the convention and then ride in on her white (pun intended) horse to save the day.
Does anyone really think the black backlash will last more than one news cycle? Blacks have been under the dem thumb for decades and it won’t change in any significant way.
the real reason for 9-11 was the administration previous to bush had an intern on the balls
Bizarre and a little frightening.
Logan: And if they wont?
Obama: Well, I think that weve got to work with them so they will.
Logan: But would you consider unilateral U.S. action?
Obama: You know, I will push Pakistan very hard to make sure that we go after those training camps.
It kind of reminds one of this scene in A Few Good Men:
Lt. Weinberg to Cmdr Galloway: "I strenuously object?" Is that how it works? Hm? "Objection." "Overruled." "Oh, no, no, no. No, I STRENUOUSLY object." "Oh. Well, if you strenuously object then I should take some time to reconsider."
