Naw, the elite sends their kids to fancy private schools. The remaining Whites? Many of them are homosexual and therefore do not have kids. Others are liberal and they tend not to reproduce either.

Productive black families have been leaving places like Chicago for some time, in that case to the south suburbs and to the South (as in Atlanta).

NON-productive blacks take section 8 vouchers and move to garden apartment complexes in ageing areas in the inner suburbs or exurbs.

There has been a trend for the past 15 years of Carribbean immigrants and their children leaving Queens and Brooklyn for South Florida, especially Broward County.
