There’s section 8 town homes being built down the block from my new home. yeah...the neighborhood is thrilled.
Which is why *zoning* is a waste. The bureaucrats will zone out putt-putt golf and bowling alleys from your neighborhood, but won't forbid Section 8 housing.
Ask 'em why you can't have putt-putt in your nearby park and they'll claim that they are "protecting your home values," though!
