Andy Dick was arrested early Wednesday for investigation of drug use and sexual battery after the comedian allegedly pulled down a teenager’s top, police said.
The former co-star of the TV sitcom “NewsRadio” was released from a detention center after posting $5,000 bail. Calls to his representatives seeking comment were not immediately returned.
Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at about 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of “an intoxicated male” urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance, according to a police statement.
When they arrived, a 17-year-old girl told police that she was outside when Dick left the bar, walked up, “grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts,” the statement said.
Friends escorted Dick to a truck, which officers stopped at a nearby Sam’s Club, police said.
Dick was identified by the teenager and a witness, police said.

There was a story last year that Jon Lovitz smashed his face in at a NYC nightclub because Dick had been the creep who got Phil Hartman's wife readdicted to coke. She later shot and killed Hartman.

Andy Dick is proof that addiction is a sad and deadly disease. Here’s a guy who has everything to gain...and he keep going out. Everytime he gets his life together, he goes out and screws up and bad things happen. I hope alot of young people see this. Addiction is a TERRIBLE thing. There are those who don’t make it. He may be one. I hope not. But I wouldn’t be surprised. Addicts like him either end up in jail or dead.
He’s a nutjob poofter, so I’m not surprised.
I agree that addiction is a terrible destroyer of lives and a burden on the society, as it takes away so much that could be. I sincerely hope that Robert Downey Jr. has finally kicked his, as he is a fine actor... when sober.
