a bill that toughens the penalty for adults who provide guns to minors,Boy, that'll sure solve the problem.
This city, among others who've turned their backs on the second ammendment, shall reap the whirlwind of violence that follows. The politicians have said,(in effect) "Let my people die."
When these constituents wake up to this folly and realize the genuis of our founders, then and only then, will things "change". Our courts should have done it for them years ago, but they suck.

How much do you want to bet that what is going to happen is going to look more like a dry version of this:

They need more Community Organizers!
Seriously, they need the true militia, all the people, armed.

The COC (Candidate of Change) failed the City of Chicago as well as the State of Illinois in bringing about change. Hussein can’t change his own attitude much less anything else.

He’s trying to stick it to Daley. This is pure politics, Illinois-style.

Art, even flawed by Hollywood liberals, imitates life:
"The Army is a broad sword, not a scalpel. Trust me, senator... you do not want the Army in an American city."*

The biggest criminal in Chicago is the local government, led by Daley.

They should ask for both Federal (FBI, US Marshals, and DEA) and State help, and help from other jurisdictions/states.

This spring, for example, nine people were killed in 36 shootings during a weekend and Chicago Public Schools officials say more than two dozen students have been killed by gunfire since last September. Must be those Swedes again.
On Wednesday, Superintendent Jody Weis was grilled by members of a city council committee, who complained both about rising crime and statistics that suggested to them that the police department wasn't doing enough to stop it.
Yeah, that's it, blame peon cops on the street.
I'm sorry but our government from the top down to the local government gangs are just corrupt to the bone.

One wonders what is really going on here. Maybe Tony Rezko can help out ‘The Rod’ and raise the funds to pay the National Guard troop’s overtime.
