Is there something special about smoking it in a hookah or is this just poor writing?

It’s a crazy drug and you need to be pretty close with the dosing. Too little and it makes you feel a bit sick, too much and you can be scared out of your mind. At the sweet spot you can see some really pretty stuff.

I don’t see how it would be pleasant or safe to puff out of a hookah with the varying doses. Not to mention, it smells and tastes like monkeys.
