As 'gun friendly' as Virginia is, (comparitively speaking) one is limited to one gun per month also.
So, just read that to be the law says you have to buy one gun a month.
Like 24 hrs in a day, 24 cans of beer in a case. Do the math and arrive at your own conclusion.

One gun a month? It’s hard enough to convince the wife to get one every two years. These politicians are crazy, unless they also intend to incorporate a handgun purchase tax credit into the Federal tax code. That would be helpful.

As 'gun friendly' as Virginia is, (comparatively speaking) one is limited to one gun per month also. Unless you have a Virginia conceal carry permit, in which case the 30-days rule doesn't apply.
