IMHO, Arnold Schwarzenegger is trying to distance himself from Bush, who is phenomenally unpopular in California, to position himself to run against Barbara Boxer in 2010.

Run against Barbara Bowzer? What’s the real difference between them?

I believe he already stated he wasn’t running in 2010, and even if he was, I wouldn’t endorse him after his embarrassingly liberal reign of error in Sacramento. At least Boxer has the integrity and intellectual honesty to serve as a Democrat, a lot more than I can say for Ah-nold.

I think Arnie said “no” to a run against Boxer. I’ve really grown disillusioned with him anyways. I have been willing to accomodate centrism because I understand it’s CA. But for crying our loud he’s really pushed IT passed its limits.
