AH. Loki and Commissioner Biel from the planet Sharon (sp.). One is half-black. The other half-white. One of my least favorite episodes.

One of my favorites, if a little heavy-handed on the Message. Best line: “He IS inferior. He’s black on the LEFT side!”
Those outfits though, were embarrasingly tight.
