According to an April 2008 poll in U.S. News & World Report, fully 61 percent of American historians agree that George W. Bush is the worst President in our history.

The fact that a majority of so-called "historians" are making a historical judgement on a sitting president is proof positive that the academic establishment in the US is thoroughly corrupted with agenda-driven leftist ideologues who care nothing about objective truth and scholarship.

The Soviet intelligence agencies did their job of corrupting American institutions very well. Every time a story like this comes out, there are retired KGB Active Measures operatives toasting each other in the Black Sea dachas, as they celebrate the demise of their glavni vrag: the "main enemy".

And just who are the “American historians” that U. S. News and World Report refers to...???

.

Considered in the light of campus political correctness and tyranny in thought - even the cited 39 percent of heretics doesn't seem all that bad...
