Well done!
I spoke about not having money for books but trillions for war. Most I spoke to very moved by my story and shared my deep worry about a new war with Iran.
Give it up, lady. The "second generation" of the '60s is getting more and more tiresome to most Americans.
Great job exposing their fraud! Keep up the good work!
WHOO HOO!!! Excellent!
Touche!
I read your previous thread on this topic, pre-event, as it were. Wondered if indeed ANYONE would twig to such obvious forgeries, or do anything about it if they did.
WTG!
.
I also got a chance to speak with the legeslative assistance to Barbara Boxer. I told him I know she has not co-sponsored the Iran sanctions bill but where is HER counter resolution for diplomacy? What is she doing to take the next step and make it right? I was told, "You don't understand how things are done here." Sadly, I understand all too well that senators and congress members are living in a bubble and are more concerned with protecting themselves and their positions than doing what is right and just. It is not enough sometimes to vote against things. I demand that those who represent us work tirelessly to MAKE IT RIGHT. Get us books, not bombs. Anything else is an injustice and a shame to their position.
Sounds like she should've spent her time doing the necessary budget requests for books and supplies instead of spending her time and money trying to infiltrate events using fake press passes.
A lot of these so called liberal teachers who spend more time and effort on political campaigns than teaching should just be fired for lack of dedication and commitment to their profession and their students.
I mean, if she spent half as much energy campaigning for more awareness in her school district and state about the lack of funding for books she might be able to effect some kind of meaningful change, but the truth is that she's probably sabotaged her own students in order to prove that funding the war is immoral.
Ping!
Great job!
If only the White House had been reading FreeRepublic these past couple years... :(
My favorite post of the day, and probably of the week.
You're always so spot on ... thank you for ALL you do, and thank you Secret Service!
I HOPE no one shows his picture.
We have just begun to fight;)
Maybe the agent didn’t feel comfortable with cattle in the building: Moooooo!
Those that can, do, those that can’t, teach.
So they call McCain a war criminal too? I’d love to hear how they justify that one.
Pinging those who were on the original thread.
