I don’t hate them at all. I am genuinely fond of those I work with.

Just curious, then how does your “disapproval” manifest itself?
I don’t know that my “disapproval” manifests itself to my homosexual co-workers.
They know I am married, church going, have kids, home school. So they may or may not know that it is my opinion that homosexual behavior is a sin.
If they ask me, I’d tell them. But I don’t offer my opinions about these matters at work. Work is work. I am congenial and friendly to the people I work with.
I don’t have to think someone is a practicing Christian in order to like them, or even love them.
