When the next SCOTUS nominees come up,I wonder if the Libs and Arlen Spector (I know,redundant)on the Senate Judiciary Committee will be as hot for them to swear to adhere to “Stare Decisis” on SCOTUS rulings that actually confirm the original meaning of the US Constitution as they are for the contrived “rights” to kill the unborn,make CO2 a polutant,keep baby rapists alive and to seize private property in order to create more taxable commercial developements??
You can bet that Reagan Democrats are also alarmed about each and every one of those rulings. There is great hay to be made out of this in Oct/Nov.
