The truth hurts...Obama’s election chances, I hope. No reason such a liar should be president of the United States.
Boy, I sure do hope the NRA is working to keep Obama out of the White House! If not, what good would paying dues do?
I wonder if liberals comprehend that the Supreme Court’s decision means that we are entitled to carry hand guns for self defense NO MATTER WHAT? IOW, laws against concealed carry would require that a gun owner carry openly. Libs would REALLY have a cow if they saw rednecks with .45 autos cocked and locked on their hips. I imagine the sales of smelling salts would jump dramatically.
For those who believe'; a head-spinning is in order. . .
Did you see a listing of all their recent articles over there on the US Election 2008 page? I grant you, The Times is a pretty conservative paper and will include negatives about Obama. That said, look at a collection of all their recent headlines:
Bill Clinton: Obama must ‘kiss my ass’
Barack Obama to visit Britain
Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton unite at last
What Obama has on his iPod
Obama tells Clinton fans to ‘get over it’
Obama asks donors to bail out Clinton
Clinton to join Obama campaign
Michelle Obama to emulate Laura Bush
Muslim Barack Obama fans told to hide
No wonder the rest of the world is so in love with this guy. They hear of no one else besides Mr. Cling.
In order to crush liberty and establish a socialist state, one must have absolute control over the media, the schools, and the guns.
The NRA just wants to keep Obama and the rest of the liberal Democrats 2 out of 3.
Thats what they do—Lord love ‘em..
“The NRA’s Chris Cox said: “Our members understand how bad Barack Obama is on the second amendment. We look forward to showing him ‘bitter’.”
ROFLMAO !
Just ‘Mericans doing the job McCain won’t do.
They're doing the campaigning the GOP refuses to do...
I made a donation to the NRA-ILA last night for exactly this purpose. Money well spent.
YOU BETCHA, RED RIDER!
The recent Supreme Court ruling striking down a ban on handgun
ownership in Washington, D.C., touched off a maelstrom of
negative media reports about how the ruling would lead to
more gun violence.
Really?
The 32-year ban on handguns in our Nations Capital was one
of the strictest, yet the District has been widely labeled
“the murder capital of the country”. Why didn’t the media analyze that?

Just after the ruling, The N.Y. Times used a misleading statistic
to bolster their argument.
“Thirty-thousand Americans are killed by guns every year —
on the job, walking to school, at the shopping mall. The
Supreme Court on Thursday all but ensured that even more
Americans will die senselessly with its wrongheaded and
dangerous ruling striking down key parts of the District
of Columbia’s gun-control law.”
The Times failed to mention that nearly half of the 30,000 deaths are
suicides. The paper also didnt look at how many of those homicides
were the result of self-defense.
Instead, the Times, like its liberal network counterparts, lamented
that the “far-right” court got it wrong, setting the stage for more
violence and death.

I’ve gotta see McCain’s VP pick first.
“We look forward to showing him ‘bitter’”
LOL!
