Even if the President lifts the Executive Order signed by his father there is still a law passed by congress that also prohibits it. Both has to be rescinded.

thanks for the reply tobyhill. I do understand it also takes congress, but I want the repubs and bush to push this and speak to the nation...the dems are pathetic and evil so we need tough repubs to take media action and force the dems to answer for their lack of concern... Mabey its just wishful thinking on my part... Take care tobyhill and keep up the good fight.
