Oh I am very sad about this.
A racist is a person who wouldn’t vote for someone who is not their race.
A racist is a person would ONLY vote for a person who is their race.
I am disappointed, and you are correct, it is pure and simple racism.
I’ve always thought Watts was a lightweight who was shoved to the forefront because so many Pubs wanted to have a “Black conservative”, any black conservative, to support, to show they care about values, not race. People were actually suggesting him for VP. Clearly, like Obama, he would not have gotten the attention he has if he wasn’t black.
