I am CERTAIN Obama will appoint horrid Supreme Court Justices.

I am HOPEFUL McCain will appoint good ones.

That alone will get me volunteering and voting.

People say: Well, you can’t be sure what kind of justice McCain will appoint. True. But I can be sure what kind of justice Obama will appoint. Gag.

The REAL question is, with a Democrat controlled House and Senate, do you really believe that any truly conservative judges will pass Judiciary hearings and a full Senate vote? It may be possible, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Additionally, the judges that are up for retirement are the more liberal ones, so it could possibly be, at best a wash. I don't like this either, but we've done it to ourselves.
