OUTSTANDING! Congratulations to 1Lt. Andrew Grayson and his family.

A question, based on the following from the AP story:

Grayson is still in the Marines -- can he bring charges against Atterbury for "Conduct Unbecoming" and "Conduct Prejudicial" for his over-charges and extreme comments in the prosecution? I'm guessing not -- but it would be nice to try!
