I’m still kind of expecting Clinton and Obama to destroy each other and the Dems to put up Donna Brazile as a placeholder candidate (like Dole was) to keep their base(s) together.
Al Gore or a trans-partied Colin Powell (for the good of the nation) would be a much bigger placeholder than Donna Brazile.
