You mean riding in an open truck? Not in Puerto Rico. And even if it was 'illegal', there'd be people still doing it. The rules and regulations of traffic laws are not something that Puerto Ricans generally follow.
"Rum soaked pancakes, on sale at IHOP! Over there!"
"The answer to the $4.00/gal. commute! Right here!"
"Rev. Jeremiah Wright's giving a sermon in the buff, over there!"
The latest Hillary news video in Puerto Rico:

You put your left or right arm in, You do the hootchie coochie and you shake it all about.
OH ROSCOE!!! YOU CRACK ME UP!!!
ALL OF THE TIME!!!
It kinda looks as if Hillary and Co. are looking over to that other nearby island. You know the one.
Looks like she thinks she’s the Pope, or the popette riding in her popemobile.
I thought for sure someone would beat me to it! :) —that Jackass thing that is-
To me, it now looks as if someone just asked them collectively “Who wants to destroy America?” ... “raise your hands!” ;
Hillary’s group chimes in the reply “I Do!” I Do!.”
“Does this truck make me look fat?”
Those side mirrors look like a FORD F250 Super duty to me.
YES!
Because the Japanese are incapable of creating such monstrous side mirrors! Love Ford trucks!
Look at the contour of the hood, it has the Ford design.
I know that, because I look over one of those hoods every day.
Oh, and the price of gas is killing me....but I get 17.5 mpg
I guess Ford builds tough trucks in order to carry this type of wideload!
That picture is just plain pitiful.
Yes, a sad end to such a lovely career run....
Going to Walmart to get spray paint
Somali Techincal?
“Which ones Hillary?”
The purple-clad, wide one in the “center” whose weight is tilting the truck to the left.
