The Kalifornia socialists have nothing else better to do, than spend money they don’t have and legislate MORE REGULATIONS to drive more businesses and individuals out of the state.

These liberal socialist morons are exactly that. Just the ongoing flow of destructive and restrictive legisilation and government control over same. Pure useless and damaging socialism.

“There will be a market mechanism....”

You can bet on that.

If the non-productive little regulatory commissars make doing business too expensive in Nutifornia, these companies will continue the ongoing exodus from that anti-business environment.

Atlas Shrugged.

Let’s just triple the size of government and get this all over with.

"There will be a market mechanism..."

Yeah, I've got yer "market mechanism" RIGHT HERE, moron!

Businesses led by intelligent life forms will begin implementing their California exit strategies, and the jobs and tax revenues will go with them. Permanently. This will, of course, exponentiate the budget problems that California's hoplessly Liberal Legislature already refuses to rectify as they should: by slashing spending.

Consequently, ALL Californians are going to find themselves getting further, uhm, "rectification", as upcoming tax increases come on-line. The only businesses and residents who will NOT egt shafted are the ones who will take this cue from Sacramento, and LEAVE.

There are already growing Silicon Valley contingents in Texas, Virginia, and -- if you can believe it -- Idaho; and there is NO reason why more S.V. firms cannot take their businesses to those more enterprise-friendly locales. When they do, there are scores of their employees who will happily pack out right along with them, complete with a spring of mistletoe hanging from their back belt-loop.

Ultimately whatever the ARB decides is likely to be a mix of options, as the high-profile board balances policy and politics.

Ultimately whatever the ARB decides, is likely to be a mix of options, as the high-profile board balances policy and politics we will be screwed.
