BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) -- Hillary Rodham Clinton says she is willing to take her fight to seat Florida and Michigan delegates to the convention if the two states want to go that far. In an interview with The Associated Press, Clinton was asked whether she would support the states if they continue the fight.

The presidential candidate said Wednesday, "Yes I will. I will, because I feel very strongly about this."

Clinton is calling for delegates from both states to be seated at the convention based on the primaries.

And the party rules?

You know, the rules the party set up before all the primaries?

Oh, wait.

Clinton....rules....

Never mind.

Oh, it’s not the Clintons that ignore rules.

The mindset of the left is that if the rules don’t provide the outcome you want, ignore or change the rules until you DO get the outcome you want.

She has a point...had both states voted during their assigned time slots, she’d have carried both, thus probably putting her over the top.

Her problem now is that the media has annointed Barry and don’t what to hear anymore from her.

Hillary couldn’t fight her way out of a wet paper bag with a switchblade. She had the nomination from Day 1. Then Day 2 came along and her team couldn’t figure out how to beat a first term Senator. All she can do now is get her name in the papers, and Bill gets to travel the country getting new phone numbers for his late night calls/visits.

Does counting their votes automatically go along with seating them?

Regardless, if not seating them worked to Beastie’s advantage, she’d be advocating that. She doesn’t really give a rip about the delegates or the people they ostensibly represent. Only the fact they can help bring about her goal.

Rush had an interesting speculation today that Obama-lama Ding Dong won’t want Beastie as a running mate as Slick being part of that package, would take all attention away from Ding Dong and upstage him on the stage and during the convention.

Suppose the rules committee goes against her on May 31st. Then she would have to trigger a floor fight at the convention, wouldn’t she? At least if we can take on face value that she strongly believes these votes should count. If we believe that she has any strong core beliefs.

The Dem. race could be in limbo till the convention if that happens, if she decides to go for a floor fight. Obama will almost certainly get to 2026 delegates by June 3rd, including more super delegate endorsements, but if Florida and Mich. get counted, the number needed to clinch it goes to 2210. And then we would all have to wait for the floor fight and roll call of states at the convention to see if Barry gets his 2210+. Or to see the results of the floor fight to see if 2210 is the magic number needed.

Or Hillary could concede and spare Democrats some grief.

Very doubtful...Obama was totally unknown at the time FL & MI voted...had they waited and voted at the time they were supposed to, he was having his love affair with America and all the dirt had yet to come out on him.

Considering what happened to Chicago in 68, Denver should withdraw their invitation for the CommiecRATs to convene there.

Well of course she will. Those superdelegates don’t actually count until they vote, which is AT THE CONVENTION. They can change who they support daily if they want to.

I’m afraid that the beast and osama will pair up via. demand from the party. Fact that neither of them are electable but the pair would probably cinch it for the dems. I figure that osama or slick will realize that you get all of the perks and only half of the notoriety for being VP and that’s better than their current day job. All for the good of the party.

She’s in too deep to quit now; her antics have killed any chance she had to be relevant in 2012. It’s all or nothing now; it will be nothing.

If she had bowed out gracefully months ago, she could have risen from her coffin to plague the countryside again; as it is, she has played the Van Helsing to her own Dracula.

I respecfully disagree. I live in Michigan. There are NO jobs here, homes are being foreclosed on many blocks in many cities...Hillary wins here in a cakewalk. Michigan is in a DEPRESSION...Hillary has what’s left of the union base. Barry has blacks in Detroit, not enough to counter.

In Florida, Hillary wins again...Barry has ticked off the Jews and the Hispanics...in fact, Hillary wins both states easily.

I gotta agree. The lady has been abandonned by putative allies, mauled by the press and denounced from nearly every liberal quarter and yet she keeps fighting. And why shouldn't she? She won KY last night by 250,000 votes. Against the presumed nominee of her party!! I'll say one thing...Hillary can take a punch.
