After 13 years, it seems likely he was killed for some reason other than the child-molestation conviction when he was 17 or 18. It must have been a really serious crime for him to get 20 years.
Probably took long to plan it so that no one person could be pointed at as the perp. After all, time is the one thing they got plenty of.........
The victim was under the age of 14, so it was serious.
That said, I do not support this kind of “justice”.
