First part is correct, second is not, especially with large Democrat majorities. Best we can hope for is another Kennedy or O’Connor, though I wouldn’t be surprised if we get Soutered again.
I agree, the Supreme Court is extremely important for the future,however, one seemingly overlooked aspect of this election is keeping the Dems from the 60 Senate votes that will render a Repub. President impotent.
