A decade before Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton admitted fudging the truth during the presidential campaign, federal prosecutors quietly assembled hundreds of pages of evidence suggesting she concealed information and misled a federal grand jury about her work for a failing Arkansas savings and loan at the heart of the Whitewater probe, according to once-secret documents that detail the internal debates over whether she should have faced criminal charges.
Ordinarily, such files containing grand jury evidence and prosecutors' deliberations are never made public. But the estate of Sam Dash, a lifelong Democrat who served as the ethics adviser to Whitewater Independent Counsel Kenneth W. Starr, donated his documents from the infamous 1990s investigation to the Library of Congress after his 2004 death, unwittingly injecting into the public domain much of the testimony and evidence gathered against Mrs. Clinton from former law partners, White House aides and other witnesses.

Unwittingly? Perhaps not.
If I understand this correctly Clinton lied, no news here.
But Ken Starr must have seen these documents and if so his whole investigation is brought into question IMHO.
Who murdered the advisor to the President and moved his body?
I’m shocked, shocked to think the Clintons would do anything dishonest.
This must be untrue.
The Clintons would NEVER allow such a memo (”calling Sandy Burger”) to exist,
or those holding it to live very long.
“Im sorry you just cant put Democrat and ethics in the same sentence.”

I would name the only exception of whom I am aware, Zell Miller. I saw his speech in support of G.W. Bush in 2004 and I was watching when he told little Chris Matthews that he wished we still lived in the times when he could have called Matthews out for a duel. He ripped his own party to shreds in that speech but he said he would not leave the party.
Yes, I agree. He was one in a million.
Why Ray couldn’t nail down LYING HILLARY is still a mystery for me.....Fred Thompson couldn’t nail her down, Al D’AMato couldn’t either.......maybe...just MAYBE the American voters will nail her......but I doubt it.....she is evil.
BINGO! And Obama doesn't come with the VILE and EVIL MINIONS like Harold Ickes. The Clintons have RUINED any PEACE between Dems and Reps.
Vince Foster was about to TALK....that’s why he was KILLED.
Thanks for posting. The most disgusting, despicable, dishonest, divisive, deranged, dysfunctional, delusional, etc., etc. woman in the history of the United States...and I haven’t even gotten through all of the “d’s” yet.
A word hasn’t been created to describe my true thoughts of her.
Ickes indeed. But don’t forget about Blumenthal, Grunwald, Williams, Carville and McAuliffe. I just can’t decdie which get filed under Vile and which under Evil Minions.
If only they had charged her.
No kidding.....and Begala and Lanny Davis.
The Clintons would NEVER allow such a memo (calling Sandy Burger) to exist...
I figure Sandy Burglar would be the first pardon granted in a Clinton administration.
Let me guess: he committed "suicide".
Hell Fire and Brimstone!
ALL of this has been in the public record for years!
The real scandal is why the Justice Department did not actually indict the witch.
