This could be nothing- but with 85% of the vote reported in the Indiana Primary, only two counties haven't reported a single vote - one of them is Lake County (Gary, IND) - a county with a large African American population.
Maybe they're trying to 'find' some more votes for Obama. The Dems have done this before, in St. Louis during the 2000 presidential election, and a fe years back in King County (Seattle) during the WA state governor's election.
Sorry, but this stuff makes me nervous.
Gary is one time zone behind the rest of the state, IIRC.
Gary is an hour behind the rest of Indiana, but still no count by 10:35 is weird.
They called in some goons from Chicago to fix it for Obama.
Funnyhow as soon as Hillary began to speak, all counting ceased. There’s beenhardly a vote reported for 20 minutes now...wierd, but then maybe not so wierd.
Why would this make you nervous? Sounds like CHAOS to me.
So, are supposed to refer to Obama as Great Leader or Dear Leader?

ACORN is a little slow, the results will be about 3 times the entire population of Gary. Plus you have to figure the zombies have to shuffle their way back to the graveyards.

Unusual election returns are nothing new to Lake County, long before Gary was a black city, Lake County provide “winning” votes as needed not only in Indiana, but also in Chicago, just across the state line in Ill.
These people “just love to vote”
If the polls there closed at 7, we’re talking 3 hours with no votes reported -if my math is correct.
As of this post, CNN is reporting that 86% of the states votes are in.
Actually it's the City of Gary which is in Lake County. And it's mostly Dem. Ethnic blue Collar and African American. Pretty much a Chicago bedroom community - up their they are Bears fans not Colts fans.

So when they finally do report their votes, Hillary’s winning margin in Indiana will be reduced. Hmm........

As for slow counting, certainly. As for fraud, probably not. We have a new photo ID law that includes that county, too.
Counting dead people takes some time....

Well, she just made her speech.
I was not that interested in what she had to say as I have heard it all before.
I did notice, however, that she looked great. Her makeup was flawlessly applied and whoever is responsible for her eye makeup deserves a huge round of applause. Fantastic job.
That is the what I got out of her speech, the rest of it sounded like an adult speaking in a peanuts cartoons.

North Carolina with 87% precincts in.
Obama: 56.19%
Clinton: 41.60%
Indiana with 85% precincts in.
Clinton: 51.89%
Obama: 48.11%
You don’t have to do the math, if you aren’t inclined to do so. But Indiana has only 72 delegates, total. North Carolina has 115. The Democrat leadership is going to put some heavier pressure on Hillary’s chicks to give it up, and the Republican leadership will want to run a more honest campaign against Obama than Hillary’s hens have been administering.

That’s not how it’s been done in the other counties. Only one other county besides Lake hasn’t reported a single vote - it’s in eastern Ind, and I don’t think it’s very populous.

I live in a town next door to Gary and I can tell you voter fraud is Gary’s middle name. Fraud and corruption are a way of life there.
She’ll probably wind up at a 25K vote lead, or 2-3%, as opposed to the 10+ pt lead everybody supposed.

We have a voter ID law also, early ballots provide the opportunity to vote from the grave, and South of the Border.
Don't you worry. The RNC and Juan McNut will have their heads firmly ensconced up the hind quarters of the African American candidate.
No, these are union counters. One person counting, thousands watching, or maybe not watching. Photo ID does nothing to stop the poll workers from voting ballots for registered voters who did not show up. You have to do this after polls close so the delay length will indicate the number of votes added by poll workers.
The law still allows for fraud. When I entered the polling place, the first table asked for my id. Then I walked to another part of the room and the woman there had no interest in my id, just asked my name and then gave me the book so I could sign. My original signature was right beside it.
If I knew who the dead voters were, I could have gone to any other precinct in the city, showed my id, and then verbally gave a different name at the next table. After I copied their signature, I would have been free to vote.
