Obama's Buddy Bill Ayers Stomping The American Flag (Picture Of Ayers Stomping The US Flag Surfaces
NewsBusters ^ | 5/5/2008 | John Stephenson

Posted on 05/06/2008 7:42:26 AM PDT by Laissez-faire capitalist

There is a huge blogswarm going on about this photo, from Chicago Magazine, of Obama's unrepentant terrorist associate, Bill Ayers stomping on the American flag. The photo was taken in 2001, the same time Obama served on the Woods Fund Board with Ayers. This was also the same time that Ayers donated to Obama's campaign.

... many political bloggers are saying it is long past due for Obama to disown his association with this controversial radical.

... It's worthy of recycling this to further probe into Obama's judgment, the one thing he says he should be measured by.

Obama did not give back Ayers campaign contribution, either. Nor did he condemn Ayers at that time in 2001 for being unrepentant.

Obama went and met in Ayer's living room when he started running for the Illinois Senate, and Ayers intorduced Obama to the Hyde Park community.

Obama has said that he and Ayers still have a friendly relationship.

BTW, does something like this put Obama's refusal to wear an American flag pin in a new light? I think it does.

Is it true that the Ayers photo was from 2001?

If it was, then I guess that blows Obama’s whole “I was only eight years old” excuse.

He's not stomping on it. He's standing on it.

And he still deserves a punch in the nose for it.

Obama will never make it.

He’s weak, inexperienced, and has dreadful associates(and, oh yeah, a real angry wife).

As for Mr. Ayers, I think it would be appropriate to put him on the four point program.

"What say you?"

Waiting for Obama to defend him ("I never saw him do anything like that in all these years!") before throwing him under the bus ("Why, he is not the man I thought he was!")

Getting pretty crowded under that bus.

....

Perhaps you will agree that he is standing on the US flag - just as bad as stomping on it.

And the Marathon Pundit image apparently has him dancing a jig on the US flag.

This is the man who wants to meet with Armadihinijad and make peace. He has seen him on TV and will look into his eyes and Know him.

This is the same man who did not understand his pastor of twenty years and trusted his wife and family to him.

This is the same man who did not notice that his wife was starting to sound like his pastor.

This is the same man that it took weeks and weeks of full exposure to reverend Wrights views in the media till he started to understand who he was.

Obama is either a slow learn or he thinks the people are stupid.

He might be right about the people, at least the Democrats.

Obama's criticism of his America-hating associates is exactly the same as his expression of love of our country, our culture and our customs...

Guarded and tepid.

I suspect that there are many more such photos of Ayers (and Dohrn), and that Obama has many more such close allies.

The Dem power brokers may soon rue their land rush to Obama.

As current event analysts (like F.R.) continue to reveal Obama's America-hating Marxist/Stalinist/radical inner self, voters of the once-great Democratic party will be repelled away from their America-hating poser in anger and disgust.

BTW, does something like this put Obama's refusal to wear an American flag pin in a new light? I think it does.
  1. Refusal to wear flag pin.
  2. Che flag.
  3. Refusal to at least PRETEND respect to the flag during playing of Star Spangled Banner.
  4. Long, close relationship with a man who preaches "GD America".
  5. Long friendship with a known, unrepentant terrorist who only got off on a legal technicality...and who posed for a post 9/11 pic while desecrating the American flag.

I think we've had the answer to your question for quite a while now.

As for the fact that he didn't condemn Ayers at the time...it's a given that his very first claim will be that he didn't know.

Actually, if you look at Obama and his wife, they nearly always wear predominately black clothing.

If I understand correctly, that is an expression of solidarity with Black America, and is no different from wearing a flag pin (if a United States that had deep meaning to him).

It plainly doesn't.

On William Ayres.

He loves his well appointed residence.
He uses all the resources to heat it or cool it. To light it, to spruce it up.
He loves the taken for granted protection of the law. Thugs dare not trespass.
He loves excellent medical facilities. Facilities that minister to his bodily health.
He enjoys and expects fine cusine.
If he travels, he books into a well regulated and fine hostelry.
His income is far above the average American. He will always have a guaranteed income and a good one.
He can rant and commit treasonous acts. This he can do without a mob lynching him, or the authorities bringing him to heel.
He hates America.

Snotnosed Londoner speaking: "'Es mad, mad, I tell ya. Stark staring raving bonkers".

I have a lot more to say, but I would be banned.

The relationship between the Obamas and Ayers-Dohrn goes all the way back to 1989, when Barack Obama joined the law firm of Sidley Austin as a summer intern - - his wife Michelle was his summer adviser - - Bernadine Dohrn was Michelle's friend and associate.

Obama's first political "time" was held at Ayer-Dohrn's home.

Obama and Ayers serve together on various boards and committees.

These people have been tight for 20 years.

A few excerpts from the Sept 11, 2001 Bill Ayers-NY Times article...
"During his fugitive years, Mr. Ayers said, he lived in 15 states, taking names of dead babies in cemeteries who were born in the same year as he. He describes the typical safe house: there were usually books by Malcolm X and Ho Chi Minh, and Che Guevara's picture in the bedroom; fermented Vietnamese fish sauce in the refrigerator, and live sourdough starter donated by a Native American that was reputed to have passed from hand to hand over a century."

(snip)

"Mr. Ayers, who in 1970 was said to have summed up the Weatherman philosophy as:

'Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, kill your parents, that's where it's really at,' is today distinguished professor of education at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

And he says he doesn't actually remember suggesting that rich people be killed or that people kill their parents, but 'it's been quoted so many times I'm beginning to think I did,' he said."

(snip)

"He also writes about the Weathermen's sexual experimentation as they tried to 'smash monogamy.' The Weathermen were 'an army of lovers,' he says, and describes having had different sexual partners, including his best male friend."

New York Times, Sept 11, 2001:

The following excerpts are from the same August 2001 Chicago Magazine article in which the above flag stomping photo appeared:

"In 1980, Ayers and Dohrn turned themselves in. (The first words Ayers's father said to him were, "You need a haircut.") By then they had had two children together, and the bombing conspiracy charge against the couple had been dismissed due to government misconduct.

Dohrn plea-bargained to charges of inciting to mob action and resisting police officers. She was sentenced to three years' probation and a $1,500 fine. Ayers was not charged.
Even then he showed a way with words:

'Guilty as hell, free as a bird--America is a great country,' he said."

(snip)

"'Essentially, you must see the student before you as a locus of energy,' he says. 'He already has a heart, a soul, a mind, interests, and dreams. You need to help him shape those interests, pursue those dreams.' Ayers is distinguished professor of education at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where two years ago the university named him Senior University Scholar, an award given to outstanding faculty members."

(snip)

"'I think there will be another mass political movement,' he predicts, 'because I believe that the kind of injustice that is built into our world will not go quietly into the night.'"-

Bill Ayers, April 6, 2008:
"Imperialism. I’m against it, and if Sean Hannity and others were honest, this is the ground they would fight me on. Capitalism played its role historically and is exhausted as a force for progress: built on exploitation, theft, conquest, war, and racism, capitalism and imperialism must be defeated and a world revolution—a revolution against war and racism and materialism, a revolution based on human solidarity and love, cooperation and the common good —must win.

We begin by releasing our most hopeful dreams and our most radical imaginations: a better world is both possible and necessary.

Source: http://billayers.wordpress.com/2008/04/page/2/

Note: Ayers is very likely quoting Bob Avakian, chairman of the Revolutionary Communist Party, with the phrase 'both possible and necessary' in regards to a communist overthrow of the US government. See these Yahoo search results for "bob avakian" + "possible and necessary"--Eye On The Left

"In July 1969, Dohrn, Eleanor Raskin, Dianne Donghi, Peter Clapp, David Millstone and Diana Oughton, all representing 'Weatherman', as Dohrn's faction was now called, traveled to Cuba and met with representatives of the North Vietnamese and Cuban governments."

From David Horowitz's FrontPageMag.com/DiscoverTheNetworks.org:
"FBI files from 1976, recently made public under the Freedom of Information Act, confirm the connections between Weatherman, Havana, and Moscow. Weatherman leaders like Mark Rudd traveled illegally to Havana in 1968 to engage in terrorist training. There, camps set up by Soviet KGB Colonel Vadim Kotchergine were educating Westerners both in Marxist philosophy and urban warfare."

Obama wants to be the president of the worlds most powerful nation America.. A president should be careful who his mentors are.

With a retired pastor like Wright and a fiend or friend like Bill Ayers he will not make it.
Obama’s wife thinks America is a hateful nation.
The Obama’s socialize with known terrorists and a retired pastor that gave sermons full of hate.

Obama said that when Wright was making his statements against America he was absent from the congregation, his wife heard those sermons for twenty (20) years and believes what J. Wright had to say.

Perhaps for 20 years she never spoke to Obama.

I believe it’s safe to say that the Obamas are anti-American.
