That title is just too close to inviting a Spoonerism. I’ve noticed a lot of titles lately that invite misinterpretation, like the Mozart one yesterday.
I think it's purposefully written that way given the question the man asked McCain.

You are exactly correct. That IS the word the licensed minister used when he asked McCain that question. Hasn’t anyone heard the tape of the man asking the question?
