No decadence here. this woman needs psychiatric care. this is way beyond normal. It is a form of self mutilation. I am assuming her diagnosis is Borderline Personality Disorder...but Freeper shrinks correct me if you have another idea.
That the university could not see the mental illness of this young woman is beyond me. It is almost on the level of Van Gogh who had serious mental problems ( the ear) even though he was a great artist when he was not in the throes of his sickness.
Look at it from the university’s side. Yale let this chick come fingerpaint and play in their sandbox for four years, and the university pocketed $180,000.
