Dear Pro-Troop Supporters: I have some great news to share with you!! Please also pass along this information to others who will appreciate the good news. As you know there has sadly been an increasing campaign of violence against military recruiting centers across the nation - conducted by anti-military radicals (who are erroneously referred to as "peace activists" by a sympathetic media). We at Move America Forward researched the vast array of these incidents and compiled them together in "The Sedition Report" which we provided to members of Congress and law enforcement. Today Move America Forward's legal team received an official response from the U.S. Department of Justice criminal division:
Much to our delight, the letter went on to say that they had agreed to direct our formal request for an investigation (and appropriate prosecutions based on the results of those investigations), "to Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters for review and appropriate action." We at Move America Forward will keep pressing forward on this issue. We will not allow our troops to come under attack here on home soil from those who express a seething white hatred towards our military men and women. Over the past several weeks thousands of patriotic Americans provided the financial support that has paid for our legal team to press forward with these efforts. You and other patriots also paid for a television commercial that documented these attacks that has already aired across the nation. Thank you all so much for your continued support of our troops and helping us at Move America Forward to make great progress in our pro-troop efforts. Fondly, Melanie Morgan |

Just heading out the door and have to ask (I’ve been out of the loop lately).
I see a dot around Denver. What happened there?

May all the filthy "peace" activists that attack our troops burn in hell.
anytime now the ACLU will cry violation of free speech rights,....
Pass the Popcorn this should be fun.
Code Pink, what a bunch of disgusting, lowlife, bottom feeding scum bags. May they rot in hell. Glad to see the FBI will be looking into these communist bastards.
Uh. Sorry to rain on the parade... But generally, this is form-letter bureaucrat-speak for "Thanks. Don't call us, we'll call you." aka "We're filing this in Important Round File 13 at headquarters."
Good luck with that.
Yes, that’s a given.
That is why spreading the word and follow up is important.
Thanks for the bump
Note: A special nod to blogger Michelle Malkin who has been chronicling the attacks against military recruiters for the past few years and inspired us to dig deeper into these attacks against our troops. Read her report - HERE.
Hallelujah!
Thank-you for posting. In 29 words, you have described exactly as I feel about this deplorable situation.
BIG TROOP BUMP
Thanks for the ping freema.
Thanks for the ping!
Thanks for the GOOD NEWS ping, freema!
Thanks.
I didn’t hear about this.
Great Post Syncro........Thanks for your time and trouble.
Stay safe !
Someone pays huge money to pull permits for the nationwide anti-war protest permits, police services, trash clean-up, port-a-pottie rentals, barricade rentals for street closures
Oh agree ....goes without saying. Sedition is just expensive . Liberty is priceless.
I’ll second that.
However, I won't hold my breath waiting for any valid action from this government's Justice departments -- they're too busy rail-roading our troops like Chessani, Wunterich, Nazario, and Vela among others to go after the real home-grown terrorists using our laws against us.
God Bless you Melanie. Good work.
We’d be guaranteed some prosecutions if they’d only put ncis on the case, eh?
What. You WANT the prosecutions to fail? ;^)
Hell yeah, put the FBI on the case!
It's a Springfield Armory XD in .45 ACP.
Due to the idiotic anti-gun laws here in IL I can't take possession of it until Tuesday. Once I have it in my hot little hands I'm going to wring it out at the range and give a full report.
But from what I've read and the way it handled during the test drive this pistol seems to be a fine addition to the arsenal of Clan Lurker.
L
HAHA, you two. Whatevuh works.
Yea. But why has it taken so long for the FBI to step into the picture. Wonder if they will actually do anything about this crap, like start arresting these creeps.
bureaucrat-speak for “Thanks. Don’t call us, we’ll call you.”
Exactly...The FBI is on the side of upholding law and our freedoms as much as the gestapo cared about saving Jews from the ovens.
The federal fascist syndicate ocupying Washington cares as much about you as an umbrella cares about rain.
Anyone...name one instance in the past 20 years where the fbi stood up against the traitors in congress and preserved our freedoms. Usually the fbi has gone above and beyond all possible reason to destroy America.
This is NOT your daddy’s fbi.
Never handled one........waiting for the review from a trusted friend.
Stay safe !
DING DING DING! The WINNAH!
Thanks Syncro!
Can you get full cap mags in Ill?
Sure can. I bought the 'compact' model which comes standard with one 10 round mag, and one 13 round mag. The dealer threw in one extra of each to sweeten the deal a bit.
The 13 round mags have a heel plate which extends the 'compact' frame to the length of the full size 'service' model.
So one can use the smaller 10 round mags and have a nifty little .45 caliber carry piece and when needed it becomes a full sized service type pistol with nothing more than a magazine change.
Pretty slick piece of engineering IMO.
I'll do a more complete write up on it after I put a few hundred rounds through it next week.
This little mom and pop gun shop had a couple other interesting items that will soon be residing in my safe. They've got 2 Hi-Standard Military Trainer model .22s, one of which will soon belong to Lurker Jr if he meets certain grade goals.
The other is a little S & W .22 auto I've been waiting to see in the 'pre-owned' section.
Just doing my part to stimulate the economy...

There’s nothing like a good .45.

thanks!

Like brityank said, Unc, they’re too busy committing our spare change for investigations and the salary we pay them for their time, prosecuting our military, to bother with domestic terrorists.
Oh, and Donald Winter just commissioned the USS North Carolina and warned all the Marines at Lejeune, Cherry Point & New River Air Stations, and Camp Geiger about ncis and their future prosecutions: “We must remain vigilant and be prepared to face the challenges that risk surprising us in the decades ahead,” Winter said.
/sarc/snark/snotty attitude on my part to the grand and glorious Imperial Grand Wizard Dragon Supreme Ruler of Marines’ Freedoms.

I have an XD9. I think they’re very well engineered, and I’m a big fan of their cocked and chambered indicators, which are both visible and tactile. For me, this gives them a clear edge over Glocks. The grip safety is a plus, and new models have an optional thumb safety.
It doesn't have the thumb safety. However I think I'll get used to not having that feature. What I really like about it is that the grip angle is nearly identical to the 1911 so it points very much the same way.
I do like the chamber and cocked indicators. I'm thinking of putting some Hi-Viz sights on it, but I want to shoot it 'stock' first.
They had a similar Glock model for the same price, but I just prefer the way the XD felt. I think it's got a cleaner trigger pull, too.
I'll report back on how it feeds on the .45 fodder I've got laying around the house soon.

Well how about Admiral Winter starting to see how badly the NCIS folk have performed regarding the Haditha Marine cases. These people screwed up big time. Time for the NCIS to be scrutinized on their level of competence. After all the Navy Department pays this civilian organization a lot of money a year. As for the JAG in general. What can I say that has not been addressed at this forum by those far more knowledgeable then I, regarding these case. So many screwed the pouch and our brave Marines suffered.
Bombing recruitment centers could have its own rewards. Look at William Ayers. Served no time, received a tenured professorship, has a permanent invite on the leftist cocktail circuit and is exhalted by fawning liberals.
