If Bush wants to give 770 million in direct food aid, then deduct 770 million from the UN contribution.

The UN should stop meddling around with Africa completely, and let them develop their natural resources so they can support themselves and build their economy instead of this envirowacko idiotic plan of farming with hand tools, living in mud huts with no real electricity except for a crappy car battery and a 'enviromentaly friendly solar panel. A goat for milk, and a couple stupid chickens for eggs, and if they are lucky, they can "market" the extra ones.
What stupidity, it's no wonder they are poor and can't afford to buy food. The Un plan is for them to be a permanent welfare case for the world to support. Screw that plan.
