His comments were not only divisive and destructive, but I believe that they end up giving comfort to those who prey on hate, and I believe that they do not portray accurately the perspective of the black church, Mr. Obama said, his voice welling with anger. They certainly dont portray accurately my values and beliefs....Im outraged by the comments that were made and saddened over the spectacle that we saw yesterday, Mr. Obama said. He added: I find these comments appalling. It contradicts everything that Im about and who I am.

Wright is merely speaking as any Muslim Reverend would, while Obama is merely speaking as any Muslim presidential candidates would.
IOW, they lie.

He added: I find these comments appalling. It contradicts everything that Im about and who I am. I believe Mussolini said the same thing in 1945.

And sitting under him for 20 years and only after he has become a public figure now in the past 2 month have you figured out this is a black racist? More recently up until 2 days ago you condoned Wrights messages.

As predicted the Times is going to try to turn this into Obama's "Sister Soulja" moment. We'll see if they get away with it. They did last time.

Come on forceful, He was about forceful,as, well crap he was not forceful. As my Bn. Commander once said about people like him, he was a limp D!ck.

8 weeks too late. Only a couple of weeks ago Matthews had assured us for the 50th time that everyone had moved on from this even though they had not.

Slowly, but inexorably, Obama has finally come to understand that his association with Wright has cost him the Presidency. At first, blacks will not believe it. In time they too will understand that it was a black, and not Hillary, and not conservatives, who cost him his chance. They will understand it, and they will be bitter, but they will not admit it.

Wow..this is the most public break-up since Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. The burning, unanswered question is........What’s Oprah got to say about all this?

Breaks "Forcefully".....huh? I don't think so. He looked pained while making the speech. He looked like he was thinking: "Why the heck couldn't that ol' man keep his freakin' mouth shut? Now, I've gotta lie my way out of not speaking out for the last 20 years and make out like I was unaware of his views. I just hope 'whitey' is stupid enough to buy it."

Well, some people are a bit dense. Many of us understood pretty quickly what Wright was all about, and it didn’t take us 20 years to figure it out. And we weren’t running for the Presidency!

I think White Granny has much to say about Hussein Obama’s real thoughts but they keep her under lock and key.

Im outraged by the comments that were made and saddened over the spectacle that we saw yesterday, Mr. Obama said.
But he wasn't outraged by Wright's post 9/11 comments? Or his "God damn America" comments? Obama is only outraged by such comments when they hurt his presidential campaign, apparently.
