That seems to decribe Philly to a tee.

(Note - I am just wondering about legal issues, not taking any position.)

Maybe not Philly, but likely more widespread than a house or two, and if they find solid evidence here, it will get easier and easier to get warrants for other FLDS owned properties and communities.

The constitution protects us from unreasonable searches.

The more evidence they find of widespread criminal acts, including hiding the criminal acts of others, the more reasonable broad searches become.
