Seem the fathers could incriminate themselves and the mothers could be charged as being accomplices for not protecting their daughters.
So far, all voluntary. And the women have apparently all indicated they will be tested (i.e. they got ordered by their male leaders to be tested). The men, apart from a cherry-picked threesome who appeared in a TV interview yesterday, have not indicated that they will agree to be tested. It appears their strategy is to try to use DNA matches to the mothers to get the kids given back to the mothers (who would then try to bring them all under the control of the men again), while the men avoiding incriminating themselves by declining to be tested. I don’t think Judge Walther will buy into this game. For sure, she is not going to give anyone standing in court to claim custody of a child without proof that the child is actually that person’s biological offspring.
I read that tests were ordered for all, and contempt of court citations could be issued, but more likely they just would never get “their” children back if they don’t comply.
There have been no criminal charges filed. For the adults a DNA test would have to be voluntary. The authorities have indictated that they are not going to release these children to anyone except their REAL parents. In this Cult, the children are considered Community Property and many of the children don't even know who their real parents are. That is why the judge ordered the DNA testing of the kids.
If a parent wants to claim a child, they had better be willing to prove it by their DNA.
NONE of these kids even have a birth certificate. This cult didn't believe in it. The measure of adulthood was not the presence of a piece of paper signifying a date of birth, but the presence of pubic hair. If they were old enough to breed, these perverts would breed with 'em.
