They openly practiced polygamy. How can it be a hoax?

I believe that the State of Texas may find itself on the wrong legal side of this issue because of the recent Supreme Court decision (also in Texas) which stated that their sodomy statute was unconstitutional. People at the time were asking about bestiality, polygamy, NAMBLA, and other weird sex games.

If the state can't invade the privacy of two queers, can they legislate any other kind of morality?

“They openly practiced polygamy.”

So? They didn’t try to get the state to recognize the marriages. It isn’t illegal to hold a private wedding ceremony without the blessings of the state.

And any man who has more than one wife deserves everything he gets.
