Maybe this guy should say the heck with Florida and run for President.
That’s a hell of a list of fine recommendations, on their words alone I would vote for any man or woman who instilled such respect in those he commanded in battle. Especially over anything the MSM could/will dig up on him.
They say if you truly want to know someone then you observe how he treats those below him, not his peers.
I wonder if Kerry or Kennedy would have people serving under them write to recommend them like this...

I hope the voters of the 22nd District of Florida will do us all a favor and elect Lt. Col. West to Congress.
