Prior to the presentation of defense, the last piece of evidence was examined at the trial of generals Rahim Ademi and Mirko Norac. It was the statement given to the ICTY by a Croatian soldier. As protected witness he gave an account of how he was covering up the crimes committed during the Medak Pocket Operation. He was burying the mutilated bodies of the Serb civilians and prisoners of war. In his statement he said he thought the first accused Rahim Ademi was responsible, as the latter was in command of the Gospic Military District at the relevant time. The soldier added that it had been Ademi who conceived the operation, together with Brigadier Zvonko Brajkovic and 9th Brigade Commander Mirko Norac. The trial will resume on Wednesday, April 23, when Gen Ademi is going to present his case, which is contained in 80 pages, according to his attorney.

The mutilated bodies were the ones that were hidden and not exchanged at the time. Then there were some mutilated bodies the Croats weren't able to hide which were found by the Canadian UN forces. These included the bodies of 2 teenaged girls burned in a basement.

This is earlier mention of bodies being handed over by the Croats and footage of this - of course this wouldn't include those they hid/buried as the soldier testified above.

Shocking Footage Shown at Medak Pocket Trial

The shocking footage of dead bodies of Serb soldiers and civilians taken during identification in Korenica just after the capturing of Medak Pocket in September 1993 was shown at the continuation of the trial of generals Rahim Ademi and Mirko Norac. The 51 bodies were handed by the Croats to the Serbs, after the area was cleared. Also, UNPROFOR shots of burning villages and dead bodies were shown.

You mean like the mutilated bodies at Ovcara that the Serbs didn’t bother to hids? And are you naive enough to really believe this “protected witness” garbage? The guy’s life wouldn’t be worth a dead coyote-IF he’s actually a Croat.
