Those mothers are just as guilty of abuse by consenting to letting their daugthers be raped by 50 year old male perverts. Also, they consented to having their teenaged sons expelled which is felony child abuse or maybe you think a 9:1 female to male sex ratio is normal. And don't forget welfare fraud. The mothers were every bit as involved in those schemes as any of the others. The women should be charged with child abuse, accessory to child sexual abuse, welfare fraud, and long list of other charges that will keep them in prison for a long time. They should have to register as sex offenders for the rest or their lives if they ever get out of prison. These women should never be allowed to be anywhere near children.
