And in the second one, in front of different audience, he's so proud of himself, like a little 12 year old punk, that he adds more "gotcha" gestures....

How did we ever let a little racist, empty suited punk get this far?

Yes it is. His gestures are exactly the same. Same timing, hands at the same level, same podium, same tie. No extra words. One starts sooner than the other so it has some words the other doesn’t. Just different camera angles.
