I’ll say it again. If you’re having a feline population explosion, it’s because you have a lot of rats or mice or other things that cats eat.
If you remove the cats and don’t deal with *why* there are so many cats, your problems just got a LOT worse. See: Europe/Black Plague.

I have four cats, and they always stay indoors. But there’s at least seven roaming the block.
