Remember back in the old days when there was a region of Texas known as the Hill Country? Now they call that the House on Top of the Hill Country.

Tell me! My MIL lives in Kerrville and that entire region is growing at an unbelievable rate. (Bandera, Uvalde, Fredricksburg, anywhere within driving distance of Austin, San Antonio. Only the wealthy need apply.

Why do you think I want to put a cap on growth in this state? I'd like to save some of it for my grand and great grand children.
