Rep. Borris Miles, D-Houston, was indicted on two counts of misdemeanor deadly conduct in Harris County Monday.
The charges stem from an alleged December incident in which Mr. Miles is accused of attending a holiday party uninvited, waving a gun and forcibly kissing a woman at the party.
