Rasmussen Sees Amazing Numbers For McCain In Blue States

While I'm of the theory that Jeremiah Wright hurt Obama, I'm a little skeptical of polls showing McCain beating him (and Hillary!) in deep blue states, like New Jersey.

Nonetheless, Rasmussen has McCain narrowly beating either in the Garden State.

And Michigan.

And Hillary in Washington state.

And in Wisconsin, McCain beats Obama narrowly, Hillary by a wide margin.

I can't get the link to open, but if Red State's reporting of Rasmussen's numbers are accurate, Obama has cratered in New Hampshire. McCain leads both there.

I would like to believe these numbers, but recent experience has suggested that for Republicans, if poll numbers seem too good to be true, they probably are.

Probably.

Or so they would like us to believe.

These are the same people who virtually forced McCain on us in the first place.

I live and work in NJ, on a daily basis since the Rev Wright news broke, I’ve been getting multiple anti-Obama emails from chain lists through work and family.

(Including one that had a graphic by a freeper as the meat of the email, heh)

Not that long ago McCain could have ran as a Democrat.

Get ready for the anti-McCain onslaught from the 3rd party-ers and border security patriots.

Indeed not, since they are supplying the presidential candidates for both parties.

“I would like to believe these numbers,”

I have no trouble believing these numbers because I have no problem understanding that Democrat voters in those states know a liberal when they see one. I’m not personally excited to see a liberal with an R by his name beat a liberal with a D by his/her name.

Not too long ago Republicans wouldn’t be caught dead telling people how to run their lives. Now its the corner stone of the so called conservatives.

McCain will be in an even better position once the Democratic nominee is officially elected. While the DNC and the Olbermanns of the world know who to attack (McCain), the RNC and the right are splitting their energies 50-50 between Obama and Clinton.

Laugh now.

McCain will need a serious amount of Campaign Viagra in order to win this thing. Who the heck is going to vote for him?

Is everyone blind to what is going on?

That's interesting. Since most of my close acquaintances are conservatives, I'm usually surrounded by those who are appalled at that man. Although recently someone related how he went to pick up his tax returns and the tax man told him, "See you next year and whatever you do, don't vote for Obama."!
