It's certainly one of the best I've seen. I was only able to watch it once. So powerful.
It was heartbreaking, what this man, and all the Cambodians, went through. May he rest in peace.

This is what is so frightening, and YES, this film should be required viewing for all those who want to cut and run in Iraq and abandon the Iraqi people.
Allegra, I have watched the movie several times, have tried to share this with as many people as I can. My husband was in Vietnam, and we also know what happened to the Montegards (sp) and others who risked their lives daily for Americans.
Funny thing is, I was thinking about the movie the other day, and thought I need to find a way to purchase copies of it and send it to every clueless Democrat I know.
LOL.

I’m quite familiar with the movie, too. When I first joined the Army in 1977, there were a lot of Vietnam Vets who went on to become that current crop of Drill Sergeants training us during that time.
While my Vietnam Vet friends (and Uncle) are getting a little long in the tooth (well into their 60’s now), they’ve never forgotten what happened there...and you can bet your LIFE that they won’t vote for either The Beast or Obama-Lama-Ding-Dong. :)
