Very naive and idealistic. Sad to have to grow up so quickly as this girl.

VCU is in downtown Richmond. It hasn't yet been cleared of the indigenous population who, for a while, had America's NUMBER ONE MURDER RATE.
Frankly, the VCU administration and the State Legislature should get on with it.
