The disease may have been passed to the kitchen worker from relatives visiting from overseas, authorities said, though they would not say from what country or when the relatives visited. Ya think there is a reason this info has been classified?

One of my coworkers picked up typhoid in Malaysia a few months ago visiting in-laws. It was a little bit worrisome!

I swear I almost ate in Hicksville’s Mamma Sbaros last week. I chose Jani, a chinese place across the street.
Hicksville has a growing sub-population of (Asian) Indians and hispanics. Thyphoid Jose almost certainly was an illegal from Honduras or El Salvador. They are found in the kitchens of most Long Island restaurants.

Typhoid is a bacterial infection passed on through eating food or drinking water containing infected feces or urine.
Looking at the chart leads me to believe that Mexicans dont wash there hands before leaving the bathroom.

Brown said the infected kitchen worker told authorities that he always wore gloves while handling food, making it unlikely the disease was transmitted.I'm sure he washed dishes... and stacked them without wearing gloves.
