If the Republicans had any fight at all, they would have stayed in Washington and tried to humiliate the 'Rats for taking a couple of weeks off. Imagine the chaos if all the Republican senators showed up for the Senate pro forma session where a Dem shows up and bangs the gavel to pretend that the Senate is still in session to prevent recess appointments of judges and ambassadors.
The Beltway Republicans just don't have any fight at all in them. I grow more disgusted with the poltroons on the Potomac every day.

The biggest threat to this country come not from Iraq but from our open borders and the hordes of illegal aliens and immigrants from enemy nations. The planes on 9/11 took off from American soil.
