This can't be true. I once visited NY City on a windy day. I saw more debris than I could stomach being blown off high rise construction. Four dead and about 13 injured is small potatos in building disaters. NY City is a big place. I'll more died building the Brooklyn Bridge. Wait! Google is my friend. Ah
